Joy Division - Unknown Pleasures - Vinyl Record

This is the debut studio album by Joy Division, released in June 1979 on Factory Records. The album was recorded in just three weekends at Stockport’s Strawberry Studios, and the iconic cover artwork was designed by artist Peter Saville, using a data plot of signals from a radio pulsar. The album didn’t chart on release but in the years that followed came to be viewed as a vital and influential post punk recording.
